VP, Senior Staff Engineer AI Startup Founder
I work at the intersection of enterprise technology and useful AI—bringing an engineer’s discipline to complex systems, and a founder’s curiosity to what comes next.
I’m an enterprise technology engineer with a background in endpoint management, platform operations, and the careful work of making change stick. My focus spans Windows and Apple fleets, security and access workflows, and the automation that helps teams operate with confidence.
Alongside my corporate role, I founded Martin AI Labs to explore practical, human-centered applications of AI. That venture is independent of my employment; the two roles are separate.
Interested in thoughtful engineering and useful technology—not hype for its own sake.
Industry and role progression, drawn from my existing public career summary. Employer names and client details are intentionally omitted here.
Engineering leadership across endpoint platforms, technology evaluation, change control, and incident response in a regulated environment.
Led endpoint-management platform work, deployment architecture, and device-management practices across complex operating environments.
Supported global endpoint operations and Windows migration work, including deployment engineering and team coordination.
Worked on workstation deployments, patching, application delivery, testing, and structured change practices.
Operated virtualized infrastructure, backup and monitoring workflows, and supporting systems for demanding service teams.
Supported day-to-day technology operations and the infrastructure behind a working professional-services team.
Good systems are as much about operational clarity as they are about the tools themselves.
MECM, Intune, Jamf, deployment, lifecycle management, and the discipline of supporting devices at enterprise scale.
Access workflows, BeyondTrust PAM, compliance-minded change, and practical controls that support the people using them.
Repeatable operations, scripting, virtualization, and careful validation across interconnected systems.
Local-first where it makes sense, with clear boundaries, useful interfaces, and honest evaluation of what a system can actually do.
Founder & CEO · Martin AI Labs
Martin AI Labs is my independent venture exploring private AI setups, custom video and audio work, personal voice assistants, smart-home integrations, and tailored dashboards and automation for smaller teams.
A local-first workspace concept for setting up and working with AI employees. The current pilot is being developed and tested; it is not presented as a deployed customer product.
Ask about my public career, endpoint-engineering experience, or Martin AI Labs projects. This is a bounded public Q&A—not access to my private assistant, systems, accounts, or conversations.
